The Fease Dashboard provides an insightful overview of your school's financial health, specifically concerning outstanding fees and related activities. This central dashboard offers quick access to key metrics, allowing for efficient monitoring and management of fees collections and debt.
Upon accessing the Fease Dashboard, users will find a comprehensive summary of critical financial data:
Fee Exemptions:
This section displays the total amount of fee exemptions granted current year to date.
Clicking on this figure provides a detailed breakdown of the exempted fees, offering a clear overview of the financial adjustments made.
Note: Accounts with exemptions or arrangements can be "paused" from follow-up actions, ensuring that reminders are not sent to these specific accounts. The dashboard will still show the next action planned for these paused accounts.
The amount displayed is only for the current year of exempted fees
Cashless Payments:
This area exclusively tracks payments made via cashless methods, specifically Cashless payments.
It indicates the status of these payments: 'Paid' for completed transactions or 'Expired' if an action was abandoned.
Aged Balances:
A quick overview of aged balances is provided, showing how much is outstanding in various age brackets (e.g., 30-60 days, 60-90 days, etc.).
Hovering over each segment will reveal the number of accounts and the total amount within that specific age bracket.
Category Breakdown:
Fees are further broken down by category, offering granular insight into which types of fees(e.g., school fees, registration fees) are outstanding.
Total Debt & Total Payments:
Total Outstanding: This figure represents the school's overall outstanding fees of all time. This amount will decrease as payments are received or as journal entries (such as write-offs or handovers to collections). This amount does not deduct the total advanced payments.
Total in Advance: This section displays the total paid in advanced amounts, therefore all accounts with negative balances.
Total Handed over: This section displays all amounts that were handed over in the current year (even if debt of 5 years ago is handed over this year, it will show here).
Promise-to-Pays:
This feature allows the recording of promises made by parents or guardians to pay outstanding fees by a certain date.
Clicking on this section will display all recorded promise-to-pays, with uncompleted promises prioritised at the top.
Note: Promise-to-pays currently need to be managed and completed within d6 Plus Finance.
Top 10 Accounts:
The dashboard prominently displays the top 10 accounts with the largest outstanding fees, enabling schools to quickly identify and focus on high-priority debts.
The d6 Fease Dashboard is designed to offer a clear, actionable summary of your school's situation, facilitating informed decision-making and efficient debt management.
