The accountable person is the individual legally responsible for the learner's school fees. They receive all account statements and financial correspondence. Assigning the correct accountable person at enrolment ensures accurate billing from the outset.
On Step 6 of enrolment, select the individual who will be legally responsible for the account.
This is typically one of the parents captured in Steps 4 or 5, but can be a third party (e.g., a guardian or sponsor).
The selected parent automatically receives all account statements.
The third party receives the account statements.
You can opt to also send copies to the parents by enabling the relevant option on this step.
Click Save Learner to complete enrolment, or Save Learner and Add Subjects to proceed to subject allocation.

Yes. A third party such as a guardian, sponsor, or relative can be selected. They will receive statements directly, and copies can optionally be sent to the parents.
