How to capture biographical information
Select the year, quarter, grade, and register class for which the information must be captured.
Select the biographical information type you want to capture. You can choose from body weight, height, and IQ.
Capture the biographical information for each learner.
Click the Save button to save the information.
Frequently asked questions
What happens if the grade I want to select is not showing?
The grades that are not available have not yet been created. Go to My School > System > Curriculum > Learning Programmes, click the "add new" button, and create the grades. The relevant grade will then be available in the dropdown.
Can I capture biographical information for more than one class at a time?
No, you must select each register class individually and capture and save the information per class.
Which biographical types can I capture?
You can choose from body weight, height, and IQ. Select the relevant type from the dropdown before capturing the data.
Can I edit information that has already been captured?
Yes, return to the biographical information screen, select the same year, term, grade and class, and edit the relevant learner's information. Then click Save.
