Channel Information

The Channel Information function allows you to generate reports for communication channels. You can select the channels for which you want to generate reports and view them as a PDF.

Reports > People > Learners > Channels

How do I generate a channel list?

  1. Move the channels for which you want to generate reports to the right block by selecting them in the left list and clicking the arrow.

  2. Click View to generate the report.

Note: Channels are created at My School > Communication > Communication Groups. Channels that appear here must first be set up there.

Frequently asked questions

Why does a channel not appear in the list?

Channels must first be created at My School > Communication > Communication Groups. If a channel does not appear, it may not have been set up or you may not be a member of that channel.

Can I generate a report for more than one channel at the same time?

Yes. Move all the desired channels to the right block before clicking View. The report will include all selected channels.

What is the channel list used for?

The channel list shows which learners are linked to a specific communication channel in d6 Connect. It is useful for verifying channel members and communication setup.
