How do I generate report cards?

  1. Navigate to Reports > Report Cards.
  2. Select the academic year, term and grade.
  3. Choose the report card template.
  4. Click Preview to generate the PDFs for all learners in the grade.
  5. Print or email the report cards from the preview screen.

Can I generate a report card for a single learner? Yes. Use the learner filter to select an individual learner before generating.

Why are some marks missing from the report card? Marks must be captured and finalised in the curriculum module before they will appear on the report card.
