How to manage Discipline Letters
The Discipline Letters screen manages all discipline letter batches created during Action Processing. You can preview, edit, delete or restore letters and batches.
My School > Code of Conduct > Discipline Letters
How do I manage discipline letter batches?
- Select the batch from the list to view its contents.
- Click Preview to view the letters before printing.
- Click Print to print the batch.
- To delete a batch, select it and click Delete.
- To restore a deleted batch, use the Restore option from the recycle bin.
Frequently asked questions
Can I edit a letter after it has been created? Yes. Select the individual letter and click Edit to make changes before printing.
Where are discipline letters generated? Letters are generated during Action Processing under My School > Code of Conduct > Action Processing.
