How do I capture a discipline incident?

  1. Open the learner record and go to Code of Conduct.
  2. Click Add Incident.
  3. Select the incident type, date and staff member reporting it.
  4. Add notes if needed and click Save.

How do I capture a recognition?

  1. Open the learner record and go to Code of Conduct > Recognitions.
  2. Click Add Recognition.
  3. Select the achievement type and date and click Save.
