How do I use the waiting list admissions screen?

  1. The screen displays grades in one column on the left. Each grade has a blue arrow next to the name.

  2. Further columns show Waiting List A and B, the total number of learners on the waiting list, then a red column of learners not yet processed, followed by three green columns of learners who have been placed, not placed, or withdrawn.

  3. Click the blue arrow next to the grade name to see a list of learners where you can indicate whether the learner has been admitted to the school or not.

  4. Click Continue to save the information.

  5. Work through all grades to process all waiting list learners.
