How to set up and manage grades in d6, defining the grade structure used across the school management system.

How do I add a grade?

  1. Navigate to My School > System > General > School Setup > Grades.
  2. Click Add Grade.
  3. Enter the grade name, for example: Grade 1, Grade R, Grade 11.
  4. Assign the grade to the applicable phase: Foundation, Intermediate, Senior or FET.
  5. Click Save.

Frequently asked questions

Can I reorder grades? Yes. Drag and drop the grades to set the display order used across reports and lists throughout the system.
