How to use the Whereabouts function to log and track the current location of learners during school hours.
My School > People > Learners: Whereabouts
How do I log a learner's whereabouts?
- Navigate to My School > Learners > Whereabouts.
- Search for the learner.
- Select the location and reason from the dropdown.
- Enter the time out and expected return time.
- Click Save.
How do I mark a learner as returned?
Select the active whereabouts entry and click Returned to close the record.
Frequently asked questions
Can I view all learners currently out of class? Yes. The Whereabouts screen shows all active (not yet returned) entries at a glance.
