Manual Achievements

Manual Achievements

Non-academic achievements must be individually assigned manually to learners. This function allows you to manually assign achievements to specific learners.

My School > System > Achievements > Assignment > Manual Assignments

How do I manually assign an achievement to a learner?

  1. Select the Year of Achievement, Certificate Date, Category, Activity, Achievement Type and Achievement to be assigned.

  2. Select learner names alphabetically or by grade and class.

  3. For certain academic achievements, the relevant subjects must also be selected.

  4. Click Assign to save the assignment.

Frequently Asked Questions

When do I use Manual Assignments instead of automatic assignment?

Manual Assignments are used for non-academic achievements (such as sport, culture and behaviour) that cannot be automatically calculated by formulas and therefore must be individually assigned manually.

Can I assign an achievement to multiple learners at once?

Yes. Select multiple learner names before you click Assign. The achievement will then be assigned to all selected learners.

Why do I need to select a subject for certain academic achievements?

For subject-specific academic achievements (such as Top Learner per subject), the subject is used to link the achievement to the correct curriculum component and to print the achievement accurately on certificates.
