How to generate a Discipline Report
The Discipline Report generates an overview of learner or staff discipline items for the selected period. Reports can also be emailed directly to parents.
Reports > Learners > Management > Discipline
How do I generate the Discipline Report?
Select for whom the report should be printed.
Select the period for which the report is to be compiled.
For the first three Learner report types: choose to display the teacher, the marks, and whether to show All Items, Acknowledgements or Violations, and whether to show only learners with items.
Select the register classes, learners or staff members on the left and allocate using the arrows.
Choose an action:
View — generates a preview of the report.
E-mail — emails the reports to parents of the pre-selected learners/classes.
Edit email template — customise the text sent to parents. Use the available fields on the right to personalise the email.
Frequently asked questions
Can I email discipline reports directly to parents?
Yes. Select the relevant learners or classes and click E-mail. The system sends the report in each parent's correspondence language. Use Edit email template to personalise the accompanying message.
