Discipline Report


PRINTING DISCIPLINE REPORTS

  1. Select for whom the report should be printed.
  2. Select the period for which the report is to be compiled.
  3. If you have selected any of the first three Learner reports, then choose to display the teacher.
  4. If you have selected any of the first three Learner reports, then choose to display the marks.
  5. If you have selected any of the first three Learner reports, then choose to display All Items, Acknowledgments or Violations.
  6. If you have selected any of the first three Learner reports, then choose to display only learners with items.
  7. According to your choice of the report, select either register class, or learners, or staff members on the left and click on the right arrows to allocate it.
  8. Choose one of the following:
    1. View: to generate the preview of the report.
    2. E-mail: Email the reports to the parents of the learners/classes who were pre-selected
    3. Edit email template: Make changes to the text sent to the parents along with the report. Use the available fields on the right to make the email more personal.
Note:  Learner emails are sent in the correspondence language of each parent and register class and staff detail emails are sent to the class teacher in their home language.
