How to set up and manage the Asset register

The Assets module allows the school to set up and maintain an asset register. Assets are organised in categories, assigned to locations, and linked to suppliers.

How do I set up the asset register?

  1. Set up Categories, Locations, and Suppliers under System Lookup.

  2. Import assets via the Excel template or add them individually.

  3. Link each asset to a category, location, and supplier.

Can I export the asset register?

Yes, the register can be exported to Excel for reporting purposes.
