Learner-Family

The Learner-Family report is generated to display a list of learner information as well as family codes. It helps schools to identify learners from the same household and manage communication effectively.

Reports > Learners > Learner Reports: Learner-Family

How do I generate the Learner-Family report?

  1. Select whether to display for All learners, Current or Departed learners.

  2. Select whether to display family codes with Learner information or Email addresses.

  3. If Learner information is selected, choose the sort order: Surname, Family code, Current admission number or Previous admission number.

  4. Click View to display the report.

Frequently asked questions

What are family codes used for?

Family codes link learners from the same household. These codes are used for consolidated billing, per-family communication and to identify siblings for subsidy applications or school fund purposes.

Can I use the email address list for bulk communication?

Yes. Select Email addresses as the display option to generate a list of family codes with linked email addresses. This list can be used for communication planning.

Can I generate the report for departed learners?

Yes. Select Departed learners in the first step to view family links for learners who have left the school.
