What is the difference between "Duplicate" and "Left"?
Duplicate: Use this status if the same learner was accidentally captured twice in the system. Left: Use this status for learners who have left the school with a reason such as "Transfer" or "Parents relocated".
Can the status of a left learner be reversed?
