The Emergency Numbers feature provides quick access to the telephone numbers, addresses, and contact details of the nearest police station, ambulance, fire brigade, doctor, or hospital. Emergency service details must be configured in advance before they appear here.

How to view emergency numbers
Click on the emergency service type: Police, Ambulance, Fire Brigade, Doctor, or Hospital.
Click Show Map or Show Address to display the contact details.
How to add or update emergency numbers
Navigate to My School > General > Emergency Numbers.
Click Add New, fill in the required information, and click Accept Changes.
Frequently asked questions
Why are no emergency numbers showing?
Emergency numbers must be configured before they appear here. Go to My School > General > Emergency Numbers to add the relevant services.
Can I add more than one number per service type?
Yes. You can add multiple entries for each service type via My School > General > Emergency Numbers.
Who can add or update emergency numbers?
Users with access to My School > General can manage emergency numbers. Contact your System Administrator if you do not have access.
