Allocate academic achievements automatically

Allocate academic achievements automatically

Automatic achievement allocation enables you to assign academic achievements to learners based on criteria you have previously configured, such as marks or performance thresholds. This article explains how to set up and run automatic allocation of achievements in your system.

My School > System > Achievements > Allocation: Automatic Academic Allocation

How do I set up automatic achievement allocation?

Before you can automatically allocate achievements, you must have configured academic criteria in your system. The allocation process compares learner marks against these criteria and assigns achievements accordingly.

  1. Navigate to Automatic Academic Allocation

  2. Select the date that should be assigned to the achievement. This date appears on printed certificates and reports.

  3. Choose achievements by category and activity.

  4. Move the achievements to the right side.

  5. Click Allocate to run the automatic allocation process.

Important information about achievement setup

PDF version generation

When you run automatic allocation, the system generates PDF versions of your current achievement setup. If you make changes to an achievement definition after allocation, you must run the allocation process again to generate updated PDF versions.

Mark-based allocation

Learner marks determine which achievements they receive. Ensure your academic criteria thresholds are correctly configured before running allocation.

Category and activity selection

You can allocate all achievements or select specific categories and activities. Be clear about which achievements should be included in each run.

Frequently asked questions
