This article explains the current Fease pricing tiers, what is included at each level, and which features are still in pilot or planned for the future. It is intended for Customer Success, Sales, and school admin users comparing packages.

What does each Fease package cost?

Fease is offered on three tiers: Foundations, Momentum, and Excellence. Pricing is flat rate, per school, per month, excluding VAT.

The Pastel option includes automatic sync of debtor balances, transactions, and learner data between Fease and Pastel, so no double-entry is required.

What is included on every Fease package?

  • Real-time financial dashboard: KPI cards and charts showing outstanding balances, payments received, and debt trending.

  • Debtor account list with 360° view: balance breakdowns, linked learners, transaction history, and notes in one place.

  • Age analysis and transaction ledger reports: included at every tier.

  • Email and SMS communications: billed per send, at R0.60 per SMS on Foundations and R0.40 per SMS on Momentum and Excellence.

  • Registered SMS and Section 41 Letter of Demand: R49 per send on Foundations and Momentum, R42 on Excellence.

  • WhatsApp distribution: pricing to be confirmed.

  • Voice AI and cashless payment integration (Sticitt): included on all tiers.

  • AI Assist: limited on Foundations and Momentum, full access on Excellence.

How many users and workflows does each package allow?

User seats and workflow counts scale by package. Admin users can create, edit, and manage accounts; viewing users have read-only access.

What extra features do I get on Momentum and Excellence?

  • Promise-to-Pay tracking, reporting, and auto-reminders: Momentum and Excellence only.

  • Activities and task management: Momentum and Excellence only.

  • Fallback actions (SMS if email fails): Momentum and Excellence only.

Which Fease features are still in pilot or coming soon?

  • AI Insights Agent: in pilot. Lets you ask simple or detailed questions about your financial data.

  • AI Voice Agent: in pilot. Automatically calls accounts referencing outstanding fees and can log Promise-to-Pays.

  • Pastel integration: in pilot, with manual sync available for on-demand updates.

  • Debt handover management: future. Will allow accounts to be handed to external debt collection partners.

  • Self-onboarding and Sage integration: future.

  • Predictive insights, user-based dashboards, and AI Agent taking action: planned for Excellence once out of pilot.

There is currently no live Excellence-exclusive feature; all Excellence-only items above are still in pilot or planned.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Fease cost per month?

Fease starts at R2,322 per month on Foundations, R3,240 on Momentum, and R4,666 on Excellence for the standard d6 Debt Management package. Schools using Pastel pay R2,862, R3,791, or R5,206 respectively.

How many users can I add to my Fease account?

Admin user limits are 1 on Foundations, 2 on Momentum, and 5 on Excellence, at R920 for each additional admin user. Viewing (read-only) users are only available from Momentum (1) and Excellence (2), at R435 for each additional viewing user.

What is the difference between an admin user and a viewing user?

Admin users can create, edit, and manage debtor accounts and workflows. Viewing users have read-only access and cannot make changes. Viewing users are not available on the Foundations package.

How many workflows can I set up on each package?

Foundations includes 1 standard workflow (2 for Pastel), Momentum includes 2 (4 for Pastel), and Excellence includes 6 (8 for Pastel).

Do I need Pastel integration, and does it cost extra?

Pastel integration is optional and priced separately from the standard d6 Debt Management package, at a higher monthly rate per tier. It automatically syncs debtor balances, transactions, and learner data with Pastel.
