  • Starter: Entry-level tier for basic automation and single-user access.

  • Standard: Mid-level tier featuring enhanced user access and dynamic communication tools.

  • Prestige: Premium tier offering maximum users, expanded workflows, and the lowest per-message rates.

How much does Fease cost?

Schools already using d6+ Finance receive a discounted monthly SaaS fee for 2026:

  • Starter: R1,620.00 per month.

  • Standard: R2,700.00 per month.

  • Prestige: R4,320.00 per month.

For schools not yet on d6+ Finance, the monthly rates are R2,110.00 (Starter), R3,510.00 (Standard), and R5,620.00 (Prestige).

What are the user and workflow limits for each plan?

Starter plan

  • Admin users: 1

  • Viewing users: 0

  • Workflows: 1

  • Email and SMS templates: Standard only

  • Follow-up timing control: Not included

Standard plan

  • Admin users: 2

What are the communication and usage costs for 2026?

Usage-based costs apply for specific communication types depending on your plan:

  • Standard SMS: R0.60 (Starter) or R0.40 (Standard and Prestige).

  • Letter of Demand (LOD): R29.00 (Starter and Standard) or R22.00 (Prestige).

  • Registered SMS: R49.00 (Starter and Standard) or R42.00 (Prestige).

  • Registered LOD: R49.00 (Starter and Standard) or R42.00 (Prestige).

Can I add extra users to my current plan?

Yes. Additional users can be added to any plan at the following monthly rates:

  • Extra admin user: R920.00 per month.

  • Extra viewer user: R435.00 per month.

What is the difference between standard and dynamic templates?

  • Standard templates: Fixed messaging structures used in the Starter plan.

  • Dynamic templates: Available on Standard and Prestige plans, these allow personalised data fields to be automatically populated in emails and SMS messages for better engagement.
