No. Timetables are pulled automatically from the d6 Timetabler system. As long as the school’s Timetabler is correctly configured, the timetable will appear in the Student Portal without any manual intervention.
First, check with your school’s administration to confirm the school subscribes to d6 Timetabler and that it has been set up correctly. If the issue persists after confirming the setup, the school should log a support request with d6 at support@d6plus.co.za.
Yes. Parents logged in with their own credentials can also view the student’s timetable in the Student Portal, provided the school subscribes to d6 Timetabler.
