Finance information

Finance information is not visible to students. Only parents can view financial details such as school fee statements and payment history.

Can students edit their personal information in the portal?

No. Students have view-only access. Only parents can edit personal information such as contact details. If information needs to be corrected, the parent should update it or contact the school directly.

Why can't I see my timetable?

Timetables are only visible if the school subscribes to d6 Timetabler and the system is correctly configured. If your timetable is not showing, check with your school's administration to confirm the Timetabler setup is in place.

Why can't I see the school's financial information?

Finance information is only accessible to parents, not students. A parent logged in with their own registered credentials will be able to view fee statements and payment history.
