The Student Portal gives students view-only access to their own school information. This article explains exactly what students can see once they have logged in.

Purpose of this feature

Students can view their personal school data directly through the Student Portal. They cannot edit or change any information — the portal is read-only for students.

What students can see

• Overview — Personal information and student name.

• Marks — Subject marks per term, percentages, and historical years.

• Timetable — Class schedule including subject, educator, and venue.

• Attendance — Attendance totals and absence records.

• Discipline — Behaviour records and recognitions.

Important: finance information

Finance information is not visible to students. Only parents can view financial details such as school fee statements and payment history.

Frequently asked questions

Can students edit their personal information in the portal?

No. Students have view-only access. Only parents can edit personal information such as contact details. If information needs to be corrected, the parent should update it or contact the school directly.

Why can't I see my timetable?

Timetables are only visible if the school subscribes to d6 Timetabler and the system is correctly configured. If your timetable is not showing, check with your school's administration to confirm the Timetabler setup is in place.

Why can't I see the school's financial information?

Finance information is only accessible to parents, not students. This is by design to protect financial privacy. A parent logged in with their own registered credentials will be able to view fee statements and payment history.
