We would like to have the Houses linked to the Code of Conduct, Report Cards and academic merits. At the moment the houses are in "isolation" to the rest of the data.

Merits / achievements added to Action set up
Good say. We are finding it extremely difficult to award merits to learners as we do not have a total available, like we do for warning letters and detentions. Is it possible to add merits under the action set up please in order to be able to see at a glance who qualifies for rewards
Achievements linked to code of conduct
Hi I would like to see Achievements linked to code of conduct. We use the code of conduct extensively. At the end of every term, learners are rewarded with merits for achieving a level 5, 6 and 7 in their subjects. Currently to allocate these merits I am having to go to "Reports", "Learners", "Mark Statistics", choose "year", "scale", "detail", "term" then choose each grade individually from 8 through to 12. Reports: Learners Absenteeism
The Department of Education accepts that learner absenteeism is recorded directly into the system. They however require hard copies of monthly registers per class for audit purposes. We currently can only print empty attendance registers for use by the educators who will have to complete that, as well as post the absenteeism online. This seems to be duplicating a simple process and adding more work to overloaded educators.. I propose activating a report feature whereby a class register can be pulled
Archiving of leavers
Archiving of leavers must please work as in SA-SAMS. When the learner leaves, all subject and mark information is automatically archived, no need to remove subjects/move learner manually from class lists. Archiving marks should happen for future terms also. We have a gr 12 leaving now, but she has completed the orals for the year (moderation lists are submitted in Term 2 even if last oral mark is entered in Term 3 columns as per guidelines). I cannot remove her unless I delete the mark in Term 3.

Report Rights
Is is possible to add a box for weather the staff member has the right to generate and print a report. Marks need to be moderated first and checked before the staff member may print the report. The specific member can add marks, an HOD should approve those marks and then the HOD ONLY should be allowed to generate the report.
