Parents handed over more than once - flagged
Is there a way on D6 / Fease where we can mark the parents who have been handed over more than once. When we enter the parent's account number, we should immediately be able to see on the view that he is a not paying on time.
Send approved application e-mail on registration on D6
At the moment the "Send approved application e-mail" of a successful registration only go's to the account holder , can this e-mail please go to both parents e-mails?

QMS
We attended a SASAMS training on 9 and 10 April 2026 presented by EMIS National for Special Schools. We were advised that all educators will be obliged to complete their QMS on SASAMS. This is now crucial to add it to the d6 system please.
Curriculum Marks and Statistics
We are very impressed with the work you put into Curriculum Marks and Statistics excel sheet. However there are one thing that should be changed just to make the info clearer. Everywhere the level/symbol/scale is from 0 to 6 instead of 1 to 7.

Handover accounts from old system
Since we migrated from Pastel to d6 in January 2026, the handover flags that existed in Pastel didn’t carry over into d6. I want to be able to identify / see accounts that were handed over in our previous system. I truly hope that you have a solution
Separate Fee Statements per Learner
Fee statements are currently generated per family. We require the ability to generate statements per learner, as a number of parents have requested individual statements reflecting only the fees of each child, rather than a consolidated family state
Advance Fees
When fees are received in advance it is captured for the specific year as advance fees. However, in the new year the fees are not automatically allocated to the selected year but rather moved into a suspense account where you are required to re-allocate

Remove two factor authorization on new login
This new method of signing in is ridiculous. It is incredibly frustrating to have to login with 2FA on the same device you have already logged onto. Please allow superusers to switch this setting off as we could with the old method.
Previous Schools
When entering the "previous school", the system does not "search" schools already listed when you enter part of a school's name. I am currently streamlining a VERY LONG list of previous schools, as there were up to 5 different options for the same school.
