Good morning Good morning Under learner/reports/mark sheets / marks statistics information Would it be possible to select the terms that you want to print this report for. Our teachers need a report at the end of the year with all the assessments / term.

We are really needing a report that will give us the following: In alphabetical order - not class Name of Child Name of Parent 1 (often parent's surname differs from child's surname) Cell No. Name of Parent 2 (often parent's surname differs from child's surname) Next of Kin Name and Cell No. Reason: At the moment we can only get this report in classes but this makes it difficult for us to look up as we have to go through each class to find the child - this is a problem in the case of an emergency.

Subject Statistics
Remarks need a priority sorting function
When entering multiple remarks for learners at the end of the term, the comments are printed based on the comment code. This is problematic because sometimes certain comments need to precede others, in order for the comment to make sense. Our teachers have been entering custom comments in order to ensure the comments appear in the correct order, but this is not a helpful solution, as the comments are often only used once. Suggested priority sorting attached.

End of Term Stats
Can you create a form where a summary of all SBA marks and all Exam marks per term per grade can be exported separately that will be a great help. Percentage and level. Term 2 seems to be the challenge. Note: SS – not SBA only Exam mark. SASAMS do not have such options available. All schools we have contacted had to do this manually.

Learner Whereabouts per period - add another grouping
Report learner whereabouts per period - possibility to add another grouping to the list. We would like to add a grouping for learners per subject linked to the specific teachers. Currently when you do a subject group all the learners for that subject are listed - teacher needs to work sometimes through very long lists. Will save time if we can just have the learners per subject linked to the teacher.

Good day. I have noted that SASAMS request for the grant number also when information have been captured regarding Social grants. The application for admission form have a line for Registered for Social grand Y / N, and Receives Social grand Y / N. Can you please add a line for the Grant number please for future reference. new learners
Good morning, It is the time of the year when we are entering new learners. Once again I am asking that we are able to enter houses and classes when we are entering new learners. This is an absolute must. Secondly when printing absentees and discipline, we need to be able to print with reasons per register class more than one learner on a page.
