IQMS Recording
In SA-SAMS under 2.18.x is a place to record staff IQMS reports along with sign-offs from various levels. I am unsure if the department actually checks this information but as they push more and more towards digital recording of information this may become a requirement. This is an important metric for staff development and one used by the department to validate performance. While there is a large amount of data that would need to be developed for I believe it's of benefit to have this functionality
Debtors Journals
Good morning Is it possible to create a print button on the debtors journals so that we can print the journal and not have to go back into the preview again to print it. It is like this for the general ledger journals. Also would it be possible to set it up that a journal can be done to more than one debtor at a time. An example is I have to refund various parents from one ledger account and at the moment I have to do individual journals. It would be nice to be able to select more than one debtor
Achievement Criteria - Ranking by class
It would be nice if the option was available to use class ranking as criteria. Our Foundations Phase base their awards on class achievements and not per grade. I know it is not a train smash and one can export the top achievers to excel and do the calculations, but at the end of the year when everyone is grumpy and tired and pushed for time it would just be so nice to auto allocate...
LEARNER & THEIR PARENTS' DATA
Please can we default for some of the fields in the School Setup eg preferred language & tuition language which for this school is always English. And please can we select fields that we want to complete eg we don't need to know the child's cell phone or email details because it is so time consuming to have all these extra fields which we never use. Also the Permanent Residence permit does not have an expiry date so this permit does not need that field to be active.
Timetables
Good mornng, When printing the timetables for the learners, please make sure that their houses appear on the timetable.

Ons wil graag die dissipline stelsel bietjie aanpas, om sodoende 'n waarde gedrewe aanslag te hê en om verantwoordelike burgers te kweek. Ek het reeds bv 'n nuwe kategorie geskep nl. Waardes. Ek het reeds as 'n proeflopie 'n nuwe gedrag onder die waarde-kategorie geskep nl. Respek. By aksie opstellings wil ons graag 'n nuwe brief laat genereer wanneer die leerders aan 'n seker aantal punte voldoen dan genereer die stelsel so brief. Class lists with photo
Could you please add the option to print learner photos on class lists and subject group lists? It will help a lot to get to know the learners fast at the start of the year.

Kan stelsel aangepas word sodat albei ouers van die begin af outomaties rekeningstate ontvang . Tans moet ons na die tyd weer ingaan op elke leerder om te gaan merk dat 'n ouer 'n afskrif van die rekeningstate moet ontvang. Dit is baie baie tydrowend.
Report Comments
Can you maybe improve on this process. Can you perhaps let the report of the learner display, with the marks and comments of the other teachers, when you are typing in your comments and let it update as changes are made? At this stage you have to sit with your marks sheets containing all the marks or the PDF copy of the reports open. You constantly have to switch between windows and you have no idea whether other teachers have selected the same comments as you. Sometimes three or more teachers select

LEARNER NOTES ON EXCEL
Good day, it will be very beneficial if a report/excel printout can be done ONLY for learners with NOTES. There is no way to track which ones do have NB notes placed on their personal info. This will be beneficial, especially for placing a hard copy on their portfolio's.
Displaying marks and who entered the marks
I have a suggestion, At My school Learners Marks When marks are entered by an educator that after marks have been captured that information will be displayed (Name of Teacher, date and time) Just for future reference when there is a confusion with the marks.
Prize giving Certificates
When typing the description in the activity we set up, I want to be able to use the TAB as a spacing. Since our format looks roughly like this: Certificate Netbal Bronze Netbal 3rd place North West. Unfortunately due not having the ability to "divide" the page other than tables we are using spacing on 400 different activities. each having to have it's own number of "spaces" to be in line with the previous activities.. We end up with a certificate that I need to export to a word doc and fix spacing
Add Sports teams to simplify prize giving module.
We started using the module to do prize giving via D6. A suggestion came up from some of the teachers that had to enter their teams for various activities at school. Add a function to add sports teams from the school, which the coach will update ex. Coach enters his rugby team start of the year. Come prize giving we assign the various activities to the filter option "teams" choose said rugby team, and then all the students bound to the team will be connected to the activity. Finance - Handed Over Parents
Good day, We recently started handing over the parents whom is very behind on school fees. But there is a few difficulties that needs to be cleared up. 1 - When a child or parent comes to make a payment - Is there something that we can do to make the name pop or flash (for the handed over parent)? The $ sign does not stand out when you are in a hurry and have a line of 20+ kids standing to pay school fees at the end of the month. Transfer Card Extras
I was entering a new child's term marks for term 1 and 2 to reflect on the report card and be taken in calculation for the year mark when I realised it was part of the transfer card we received. It includes the marks breakdown to assessment level like you would need to enter it on D6. It also included a detailed absentee report and conduct report. It appears as if the school is using SASPAC. Will it be possible to have this as an optional extra when we print a learner's transfer card from D6? I am
Learner Average on term schedule
It would be great if the learner's term average can also be printed on the term promotion/progression schedule. The layout in D6 is much nicer than from SASAMS, so if it can be avoided to print it from SASAMS it will be appreciated.
Additional field for Staff Information
Please could you add an additional field for staff information....Our staff have school and personal email addresses and we would like to have a record of both. This could be in the form of a "Notes" field where we can make notes and keep information for which there is no defined field, such as allergies, and extra next of kin information etc. Thank you
Enrollment language options
Good day I am responsible for the Admissions at the school. My challenge is that the enrollment form on the system is only available in English. Learner Appointment Sign Out
What a great feature to have on Learner Whereabouts. You can sign them out which periods they have missed etc. Which is great for educators to keep track. But no printing button. AT my school with our previous system, you can them give permission to leave early (doctors, dentist, home affairs etc)and it is printable! This slip is signed by a staff member and the person collecting the learner. It is also used at security to legitimately let the child leave the property. This would make a great add

Adding another exams body
Our school is using the Independent Examinations Board as an exams body. When I set up school set up there is no option to choose them as an exams body. This is with the my school, general, school setup and then setting up the exams body. Will it be possible that you can add them as an assessment provider.
Re-reg forms
I love the re-reg form available. Could we just maybe get a line or two for the learner's siblings?

ACCOUNT REFERENCE VS LEARNER INFORMATION NUMBER
Is there a possibility to "hide" the learner information number when printing statements. Our parents gets confused between this number and the account reference number. So when they make EFT/cell phone payments their payment gets credited onto someone else's account. We do show them which number to use but to no avail.

Debtors Statements
Would you kindly consider adding a feature allowing parents to view their total balance for the academic year on their monthly statement.Parents often choose a monthly plan but then decide to settle for the year and this results in numerous queries. Thanks
Discipline Letters
We have a deputy principal for both the secondary and primary section, however we can only use one for any discipline issue on both the primary and secondary sections letters to parents. We need the primary section letters with the relevant deputy and the secondary section too.
Teacher's Display name for Discipline
We had some issues around the teachers full names on the discipline letters. For ex. Denise Price expose the name to the learner and parent. We want for any discipline issues the name as such, Ms. Price
CALENDAR DISPLAY WHEN CAPTURING STAFF LEAVE
Please add a calendar which displays when staff leave is being captured. Also please could you allow the capturing of leave over a longer period on the same screen eg when capturing maternity leave over a 4 month period it takes forever to go into each week separately to capture. The same applies for capturing AA and GA leave for the school holidays.
Attach Statements and letters
We would like to attach a letter to the School fee statement when emailing to parents.
Immigrants
When entering new learners, there should be a place where we can enter the date an immigrant entered the country.
Creditors
We need the invoice number on the Proof of payment for creditors. All suppliers are requesting a POP, but they need the invoice number to do the reconciliations correctly.
Debit Order Date Changes
We started using the D6 in March 2019 and have also been with Stratcol for 8 years. We have always been able to change our debit order dates in a batch when a debit order date is specifically over a weekend. We used to send the request via email to Stratcol and they would change all the debit order dates as a once off for that particular weekend. With the D6-program we have to go to every individual account Parent's account to change the dates that are over a weekend - then we have to change the
Leave balances for staff
Please could you consider adding a staff leave balance field for the leave taken by all staff (GA & AA staff included), which would really help to check how much leave (and which kind of leave) is still due / or has been exceeded. Please also program in an alert for the 6 week rule.
