Good morning, 1. Can you please add a Data verification form for prospective Grade 1 learners that will serve as an Admissions Form. We have captured new learners information on smart already and instead of parents completing a new form, they just verify and sign. 2. The previous smart used to have a field that you could capture that you received/sent a learner profile (also add a school requesting/school you are requesting from). Seeing siblings / sms
1. Why can't we see when a learner have a sibling in our school or the parent information for siblings don't match? It's not like Smart where you type in the parent's name and all the children he/she has is under his/her name. 2. Why can't we see all the smsses that was send to a specific parent?
Photos report
we would love to be able to run a report on missing photos for both learners and teachers. If I want to know who is outstanding currently, I have to ask D6 to run the report.
Rapporte
Kan julle asb help dat SW se geskiedenis- en geografiepunt van elke kwartaal in dieselfde reël verskyn en nie onder mekaar nie. Ons druk ons rapporte vergelykend uit, maw, aan die einde van die jaar gaan geskiedenis 4 reëls wees, met strepies vir kwartale 2 tot 4. Dit geld ook vir geografie asook LV. Rapporte gaan sleg lyk en oor twee bladsye trek. Asseblief help. Baie dankie.
Z1(a) Verlofvorm
Na aanleiding van Staatskoerant van 31 Augustus 2018 (41877) moet die verlofvorm aangepas word. Kan julle dit asseblief doen?

WARNING ALERT ON D6 WHEN ACCESSING LEARNER/FAMILY INFO WITH ISSUES/SITUATIONS
Please could you somehow put a warning against a learner's details when there are special circumstances for the learner (eg parent/s deceased, restraining orders etc). Perhaps a floating message box on the screen when that learner's info is looked up to immediately alert me to the fact that there is a situation that needs to be noted and handled in a eg sensitive way, or to not permit a parent against whom there is a restraining order to fetch their child. Debietorders vir borge
1. Ons het borge wat per debietorder maandeliks vir ons geld skenk. Tans moet ek ABSA business integrator (buite D6) gebruik om daardie debietorders te verhaal. (wat ‘n ekstra koste vir die skool is) Op watter stadium sal ons Stratcol kan gebruik om dit te doen?
General
Please can you look into a means where all learners who attend aftercare in the current year that their status be changed from YES to NO, before the start of the new year. Learners come and go from aftercare from one year to the next so it would be nice to start the new year with no names and capture names when the parents have completed an application form. Thank you.

Due date for payments
We need to set a due date for payments on the system to enable TPN to update parent's creditability. If they pay on the 15th it will show that they are late payers, which is not true. Could you please consider this.
User rights
Could you please split user rights so that rights can be allocated to a person based on the job and that they don't need rights to things that do not concern them. E.g. Teachers need access to one another's timetables, but not personal information. To see timetables, they need full access to Educator information. D6+ staff absenteesim
Good afternoon I wish to suggest that D6+ program get an option at the staff absenteeism to record if the employee have submitted his or her leave form. We at Laerskool Duvhapark had a training session and I've noticed that the D6+ do not have an option at the staff absenteeism to indicate if the employee have submitted his or her leave application form. Absent to late changes (taking register electronically)
We started taking register of Form Classes electronically, instead of doing it on paper an using an admin assistant to transfer to Smart+. After a period of adjustment, most teachers are coping well, but are battling with the time it takes to change absent to late since this can only be done from the 'whereabouts' screen. DESIGN OWN REPORT CARDS
We would really like to design our own report cards. The current report card template don't leave much space for changes in the layout of the report. Currently some settings can be changed but some are fixed. The basics are there but we would like to change the layout a bit. Especially the top part with the information of the learner - would like to pick the information we want to print at the top and not all the information that is currently fixed e.g. to print name of learner in bold and bigger
Extra option to select "Both Parents" under Accountable Person
Hi all. Some of our parents are annoyed by the fact that only one name appears on their account statement if it's both of the parents responsible for paying the school fees. They feel like the name appearing on the statement is then the only one liable for payment and that the other parent doesn't have to be held accountable. I suggest that you add "Both Parents" as an extra option under "Accountable Person" and then just pull through both parents' names for the account (i.e. Mr L.T. & Mrs B. Smith).
Educator absenteeism
Hi everyone, I am in charge of loading staff absenteeism for my school, however I find it to be a tedious task to choose a day when someone is absent to have the system tell me "Please select a Monday". Then I have to go to my calendar to see what the date was on that Monday and then try and load the absenteeism again. I suggest that a small calendar be added to this page where instead of choosing the date from a drop down list one can pick a date from the calendar and then the system can automatically
Data verification
Please could you align the staff and learner verification forms we print out, with the info that we have to capture? Example: On the staff verification form it doesn't ask marital status, yet on the system it does. It is very frustrating printing all these forms and then info that needs to be captured, is missing because it's not on the form.

Cash as default option on receipts
At the moment all receipts default to payment type "cheque". as so few cheques are now used could the default please become Cash.

Report cards - signatures
Is there any possibility to space the signatures at the bottom of the report. We do not use the signature of the parent only the class tutor, grade head and principal. When using this option the signatures are not centered horizontally on the page. We would like to be able to space the signatures of the class tutor and grade head on one line (first one to the left of the page and other one on the right of the page) and the signature of the principal beneath this to the left of the page.
Export to excel function on Marks report
We would like to request an export to excel function ASAP: Reports > learners> Marks report> generate report, then the option to export to excel. Can you also show the raw mark on the report and not the fraction of what the mark counted out of? As we need to do a question analysis on those marks.
Download names
It would be lovely if the system could generate a more meaningful name when downloading any form of report or file - based on the page you're on or the parameters that are selected, e.g. downloading a filtered list of Gr 12 learners should be called Gr 12 learners with the date generated, marksheet should have the info of the grade, subject, all learners and date etc. This would save a lot of time in naming the files manually.
Detention list
Good morning At the moment I am just able too see (one by one) which learners have detention on a particular day, I am however not able to print a report of all names to hand to the office of all learners on detention on a particular afternoon (our learners are called to detention class over the intercom). USER RIGHTS FINANCE
Please split the user rights for Debtor invoices, notes, debit orders and banking details: We would like to be able to have people capture notes but not fiddle with the debtors invoicing. Also if you can consider making the bank recon separate as well. Currently only people who have FULL FINANCE access can use the bank recon.
All reports to have excel function
Hi I would love to be able to run any report and have the option to either download (pdf) or open in excel. Most reports only allow print and download, which I then need to pdf convert. Would be much easier for the excel option whenever there is a pdf option. thank you
Code of conduct: Link specific violations to a specific detention
I would like to have a feature where specific code of conduct violations can be linked to a particular detention. Our parents regularly express confusion, because they cannot figure out which violations are responsible for a particular detention. It would be useful if the violations could somehow be "reconciled" to a detention, in a similar way that the bank statements are reconciled.
Learner support additional types
Would it be possible to add "progressed" and "retained" as types of learner support? It would be handy to identify these learners.
Reports - Learners - Subject Group Lists
I would like a report that is in alphabetically order for a specific subject. For eg in grade 10 we have 5 business studies classes but I can only print the classes separately or by gender. I want a group list for the subject not an individual class list. At the moment if I want to see all the Business Studies learners I have to download and export to excel using the Online PDF converter, then sort alphabetically then print. Please could you add a drop down menu in reports - learners - subject group
