Could a setting please be implemented in the curriculum side to choose cut-off dates for staff to capture marks. It would act as a control measure to prevent changes taking place after the top achievers, schedules etc have been finalised. Changes will

Copy function year to year
Please can we have a copy function for year end. If we can copy from term to term during the year - subject grouping ie learners subjects and teachers, why can't we have a copy function from term 4 of one year to term 1 of the next year. This is a year to year copy instead of redoing all the classes per grade. Grade 8 to 9 and grade 10 to 11 and grade 11 to 12 remain unchanged, it is pointless and huge time wasting to redo this at such a late stage of the year. This will save hours of unnecessary
Sorting of names on Marksheets
Can the names on the marksheets / class lists ( and all other lists) be sorted according to the full names and not according to the preferred name? A lot of mistakes are made because the sorting is different. Please, for us, this is high priority.

Met Covid het ons soveel ekstra werk om te doen en versoek die onderwysers dat jul die inlees van afwesighede per vak terugplaas aangesien dit 'n vinnige metode is en tyd nou van kardinale belang is. Ons het ouers gehad wat aansoek doen vir 'n paspoort vir hulle kinders. Hulle het 'n heel laaste rapport vereis waarop die ouers se fisiese adres ook op moes wees. Dit is die eerste keer dat ons so 'n versoek kry. Weet nie of dit nou 'n vereiste gaan wees as daar aansoek gedoen gaan word vir paspoorte nie.

Good day. This suggestion might not be for everyone but here goes. Currently to be able to change a template for the report function, the super users should enable curriculum setting for a user. I would like if setting up report forms was a entity on it's own. So super User should tick people that should work with report cards. The rest should be able to view, but not change. I have issues where deputies / other teachers that should be able to update marks according to CAPS also change the template

More, Die WKOD verlang dat volle name op vaklyste gebruik moet word, maar ek sien dat jy dit nie so kan kies op D6 nie: - kan julle daardie veld ook op die "Leerderinligting se addisionele velde" sit asseblief? Tans kan jy amper alles kies van Sportspan tot Koshuis, maar snaaks genoeg nie die VOLLE naam van die leerder nie - slegs die noemnaam wys tans
Opstel van Vakgroepe
Kan daar 'n kopieer knoppie bygevoeg word van kwartaal 1 se opstelling na die res van die kwartale. Ons is 'n Laerskool en die onderwyser/kinders bly vir al 4 kwartale dieselfde. Dit is baie omslagtig om vir 4 kwartale dieselfde oor en oor te doen.

Hi, I would like to request that a date is printed on the Learner report card, the day the report is printed. I bulk print, per term, before reports are handed out, but if there is a reprint of a report, the reprinted report needs to have the date of the reprint.
CALCULATED MARK SHEETS
Hi, the D6 curriculum functions have been of great help and are very user friendly as well. Please assist with the following suggestion: If the out of mark could be included on the calculated mark sheet it will be of great help for educators to transfer their marks from graded scripts (for recording purposes) before entering on the marks section of D6; currently they are using the SA-SAMS mark sheets or on a class list. This will assist in using one format for recording, capturing and cross checking
SMART To Timetabler conversion
Good day, I know from timetabler you can connect to your online D6 system. Is there a possible way to create the same function for Smart? if you can upload to D6 from SMART and get the data from D6 back to timetabler, wouldnt that make the conversion
