Class Lists
Class lists whereby you add your own custom column headings, need to have a feature whereby the column headings can be aligned vertically. i tried to make a six column class list, and when i added the headings it came out as a mess. This feature is totally useless if headings cannot be aligned, i might as well do it all manually in Word. This should be a basic feature on an otherwise innovative App.

Ek wil vanjaar begin om my aansoekvorm vir ouers te epos en dan die data "capture" en INVOER op D6+. Is dit moontlik? Sien aangehegte GOOGLE FORM.
Biometriese personeel register (vingerafdruk-leser op elkeen se persoonlike slimfoon)
Sou dit moontlik wees om D6 so te verander (programmeer), sowel as die toep, sodat onderwysers opgestel kan word om met hulle vingerafdruk op hulle slimfoon daagliks in en uit te teken vir bywoningsregisters. Hierdie voorstel is sodat daar minimale kontak is met dieselfde oppervlakte en te voorkom dat bakteriëe en virusse versprei.

Ons het asseblief 'n behoefte om Persoonlike en Professionele ontwikkeling (soos in PAM hoofstuk H, par 11) as 'n opsie te hê by die keuse van opvoederverlof.

More, Die WKOD verlang dat volle name op vaklyste gebruik moet word, maar ek sien dat jy dit nie so kan kies op D6 nie: - kan julle daardie veld ook op die "Leerderinligting se addisionele velde" sit asseblief? Tans kan jy amper alles kies van Sportspan tot Koshuis, maar snaaks genoeg nie die VOLLE naam van die leerder nie - slegs die noemnaam wys tans
Add "Old admission number" option

KOSHUIS LEERDERS GROEP
Ons het 'n behoefte vir groep wat koshuisleerders is sodat ons nie elke kind moet gaan kies maar net op koshuisleerders tab druk om te faktureer en projekte te skep. Sal graag na al my grade kategorie wil he met al my koshuiskinders
Opstel van Vakgroepe
Kan daar 'n kopieer knoppie bygevoeg word van kwartaal 1 se opstelling na die res van die kwartale. Ons is 'n Laerskool en die onderwyser/kinders bly vir al 4 kwartale dieselfde. Dit is baie omslagtig om vir 4 kwartale dieselfde oor en oor te doen.
Learner Report Cards
Hi, I would like to request that a date is printed on the Learner report card, the day the report is printed. I bulk print, per term, before reports are handed out, but if there is a reprint of a report, the reprinted report needs to have the date of the reprint.

CALCULATED MARK SHEETS
Hi, the D6 curriculum functions have been of great help and are very user friendly as well. Please assist with the following suggestion: If the out of mark could be included on the calculated mark sheet it will be of great help for educators to transfer their marks from graded scripts (for recording purposes) before entering on the marks section of D6; currently they are using the SA-SAMS mark sheets or on a class list. This will assist in using one format for recording, capturing and cross checking
Automation of hostel parents group
We would like to request the following: Communication with our hostel parents is vital but it becomes a cumbersome job to continually keep it updated or recreate a new hostel parents group every year. We would like to request that a hostel parents group gets automatically generated and updated from the data in principal plus where a child is flagged as being in hostel. SMART To Timetabler conversion
Good day, I know from timetabler you can connect to your online D6 system. Is there a possible way to create the same function for Smart? if you can upload to D6 from SMART and get the data from D6 back to timetabler, wouldnt that make the conversion
next of kin
when changing the information on "next of kin" it wipes out all the info. If I am changing spelling or a tel number I have to re enter it all again.

2019 inligting
Ek wil graag 'n versoek rig dat die developers dringend kyk of dit moontlik sal wees dat ons die vorige jare se inligting kan kyk. Ons moes nou inligting vir Streek instuur oor 2019 se inligting en nerens kons ons dit bekom nie.
Koppel leerders aan betaalopsies
Ons moet geselekteerde leerders koppel aan verskeie vak opsies. Ons het die betaal opsies en heffingskategoriee opgestel, maar moet nou die leerders koppel. Ek gaan na: finansies > betaalopsies > kies > koppel leerders aan opsie> dan is daar 'n dropdown wat my opsies gee bv: oudste, 1ste leerder, met debietorder opsies ens. Ek wil weet of ek 'per vaklys' of 'per registerklas' of 'per onderrigtaal' op die dropdown kan kry asb?Dankie.

Ons sal graag lys wil hê wat al ons koshuisleerders bevat waaruit ons koshuis aangeleenthede kan faktureer is dit moontlik?

Is dit nie dalk moontlik dat wanneer jy teen familie allokeer dat die projekte aan daardie familie kan oop lê, sodat ek net kan tik teen projek. Het baie projekte en weet nie as ouers nie regte verwysing het waarteen al die gelde geallokeer moet word
PROJEKTE: Koppel leerders per vooropgestelde groep
Ek wil graag 'n versoek instuur om groepe te kan skep waarvolgens leerders gekoppel kan word. Ek het byvoorbeeld 'n projek per maand vir busvervoer, maar moet elke keer per leerder gaan kies. As ek 'n groep kan opstel met die 30+ leerders se name, kan ek elke maand net daardie groep kies om te koppel. Ek het byvoorbeeld ook 'n O/19A rugby oefengroep wat ek graag sou wou skep sodat ek met elke toer slegs die groep kan koppel en nie 36 name hoef te gaan soek nie.
Subject Group and Class Lists with learner photos as a report function
Our school would really like to be able extract a report that would include the photo of the learner next to their name when we extract either a class list / subject group list. Would this field not be able to be added to the report function? It is a really nice way to get to know each learner in the class.

Good day D6 Team We would like to request a tab button to be added onto the "Learner Overview" page for timetables. This would assist us greatly in locating a learner much faster, especially in an emergency case. Thanks

Is daar 'n filter of funksie waar ek al my Krediteure met uitstaande balanse se State op een slag kan print? Op die oomblik select ek een vir een en dit vat vir ewig om almal geprint te kry.
Debietorders
More Graag wil ek weetvoorstel dat daar 'n opsie by die debietorders gevoeg kan word sodat die debietordesr recon na Januarie aangesien ons vol jaar hef in Janaurie en die opsies wat daar nou is moet ons elke maand aansuiwerings gaan doen op elke rekening om die geld te allokeer na Januarie toe. Die ouers verstaan nie dat dit wel afgetrek is van hule rekening nie maar nog steeds met 'n - lê op die rekening by die maand nie. Dankie

Please could a "comment" block be added so that we can add individual certificate citations without having to adjust the template, save, then re-allocate each learner, then print.
More fields to filterer allocated achievements
Please could you add the functionality to filter the ALLOCATED ACHIEVEMENTS report to be able to select more than one school activity. (Current ALL, or ONE)
Email Addresses On Learner Statements
Please can you add the parents email address under the parents contact number on the learner statement. A lot of the time we download the statements and send it via our email system but we then always have to refer back to the system to get the email address whereas if it's on the statement, we can open it and enter it on our email
Busroetes of "Variable groups"
Ons het ses verskillende staatsbusroetes. Ek het dringend nodig om naamlyste vir elke individuele roete te druk. Ek stel voor dat onder Leerling Inligting daar ook 'n afdeling "Veranderlike Groepe" gestig word, waar skole hulle spesifieke en unieke behoeftes kan "skep". Hierdie "Veranderlike Groepe" moet onder Verslae gedruk kan word as Leerlinge per Veranderlike Groep of Veranderlike Groep per klas per leerling.
Learner overview - extra tab for subjects
It will help a great deal if there is an easier way to see a learners subjects taken for the term and also the subject group allocation all at once. Sometimes the secretary needs to find a child urgently and this is the only possible way - on our previous system we could just call up the child and click subjects and all the subjects and allocated teachers will appear on the screen. What is the possibility to add an extra tab on the learner overview screen with the heading "subjects"?
School Fee Income Budget
The budget approved at the AGM is generally drafted in July or August of the previous year - it is a forecast not the actual amount of children in the school for the following year. Also the school fees do not come in at a fixed rate per month - there are upfront payments, exemptions etc. Please can we have the option to load school fee income on the budget as we do with the other income/expense items. I cannot accurately report to my SGB with the school fee budget as it stands. I need to show
Printing of Principal on Reports and Transfer Cards - More than 1 Principal
Good morning Currently there is only an option for 1 Principal. This means when printing the transfer cards/reports we have to keep changing the Principal for the correct name to appear. This is a bit of a pain. It would help if there was an option for Pre-school Principal, Primary School Principal and Senior School Principal. (I know some schools call it Senior School and some schools call it High School - perhaps even both of these options? Please consider this request. Thank you so much. Regards,
